AboutBill Clouse

In the 39 yrs of mortgage banking, Bill takes great pride in the families he has the honor of assisting in their mortgage journey.

Recognizing that NO TWO loan projects are the same, Bill takes the time to listen to each of his clients to discover what is most important to them in the immediate, short and long term personal and financial goals. Then designs the loan package to meet those goals.

Once the loan project is over, that is when Bill’s work begins. He will ongoingly monitor the current loan of his clients and communicate with the client on a regular basis to make sure that the loan is still working for them or if it needs to be changed.

Bill is proud that over 90% of his business is referrals from happy existing clients. That is the true testimony that his focus on clients needs is what his clients most appreciates.

Finally, Bill and his team take the extra time to make sure that each project is handled with care, that is why his “after closing” ratings is among the highest in the entire industry. He and his team strive to treat each client, and their mortgage journey, with care and dedication to insure it’s a pleasant experience.
