Your Local Mortgage Lender Hard At Work, Ericka Quichocho, Puyallup, WA

AboutEricka Quichocho

My name is Ericka Quichocho (think Pikachu and then say “Ki-Cha-Choo”) and I’m a Mortgage Advisor at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation.

5 fun facts about me: I’m originally from the tiny island of Guam. I’m a special needs mom (my son is autistic and au-mazing!)I love coffee, massages and travelling. I’m loyal to a fault. & I love doing mortgages!

There’s a poster hanging on the wall in my office that says “Love What You Do.” It’s a constant reminder of how blessed I am because I truly do LOVE what I do! I was given the opportunity to learn the mortgage industry from the ground up. I started off in 2010 calling mortgage leads. I learned quickly and worked hard which led to me becoming a loan officer assistant, loan coordinator, sales manager and eventually a licensed loan officer. I started working at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation in 2015 and I couldn’t have hand-picked a better work family. Our branch managers really care about us and our support staff is top notch!

Buying a home and navigating through the mortgage process can be scary and confusing which is why I’m passionate about home buyer education. I strive to provide each client with the knowledge they need to make powerful informed decisions on what will likely be the biggest investment of their lives.

Communication, knowledge and speed…this is what you can expect when working with me! Thanks for reading and please don’t hesitate to reach out if I can be of service to you and/or your clients
