William Dawes is a Producing Branch Manager and Mortgage Loan Officer based in Salem, Ohio. He entered the mortgage industry in 2001 and joined Fairway in 2008. Since then, William and his team have helped more than 3,000 families finance homes throughout Northeast Ohio.
William works primarily with homebuyers, including many first-time buyers, veterans, rural buyers, homeowners purchasing their next home, and real estate investors. Financing options include Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans, down payment assistance, construction financing, bank statement programs, DSCR investment loans, home equity financing, and refinancing.
